Hello WorldStandard character decoding requires complete 8-bit bytes. If a binary input string has a length that is not a multiple of 8, the validator alerts you to the exact number of trailing bits.
When decoding binary to text, spaces, tabs, commas, hyphens, and line breaks are automatically stripped out so copied debug logs decode cleanly.
International characters and emojis are represented by their constituent multi-byte UTF-8 byte sequences (e.g. 2, 3, or 4 bytes per symbol).
Hex (Base16) Encoder / Decoder
Encode text to hexadecimal (Base16) byte strings and decode hex bytes back to UTF-8 text with customizable delimiters and prefixes.
Base64 Encoder / Decoder
Encode UTF-8 text to standard or URL-safe Base64 and decode Base64 back to text.
Base32 Encoder / Decoder
Encode UTF-8 text to RFC 4648 Base32, extended hex, or Crockford alphabet and decode Base32 back to readable text.
Each character maps to a numeric code point under UTF-8/ASCII. That number is converted into base 2 (zeros and ones) and padded to 8 bits.
Yes. The decoder automatically handles unseparated binary streams as well as spaced or comma-separated lists.
No. All translation happens client-side in your web browser. No inputs or converted texts are logged or sent to servers.
